What is the Difference between Elegant Regular &Elegant Premium?
The Elegant Premium has all the features of Regular except the fabrics used are superior and in addition has
1. Extra layer for reinforcement to ensure non-collapsibility of front face during breathing.
2. Neck sling for the comfort & convenience of handling the mask when not being used and a Velcro closure for the keeping the mask in closed position for safety & protection of inner surface.
What is Normal Pack & Weekly Pack ?
Normal Pack :It’s a pack of 1 or more upto pack of 7 of the same Style, Size, & Color
Weekly Pack :Each of the masks in these packs come with print of designation of “Day of Week’ (depending on the pack that you choose) that you should use your mask in order to manage washing , to avoid confusions & overlaps of using a used Mask. It helps you plan the entire week to always use a fresh, washed mask to maintain hygiene.

Can I wash and Iron Mask procured from Fairy ?
Yes, Fairy Masks are reusable, washable for a number of times following wash care instructions given. Unlike anyother mask in the market Fairy masks can be ironed and no performance parameter deteriorates for the assured cycle.
How many washes will the anti-viral efficacy stay ?
The Anti-viral efficacy stays upto 50 washes.
What kind of care for washing Mask do I need to take ?

What level of protection can I assume using a Fairy Mask ?

Fairy Masks provide a very high level of protection with Bacteria Filtration Efficiency(BFE) of 98.8%, Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) of 95%, Splash Resistance 160 mmHg. The mask with a snug fit provides the maximum coverage of the face with no edges loose & open for lateral entry of air.

With High Filtration Efficiency of > 98% equivalent, will breathability be difficult as in the likes of N95 and other masks.

Interestingly, QUAD-Pro Mask from Fairy is the only mask in the market that offers a Super breathability despite very high Filtration efficiency of 98.8%. You will be comfortable even in prolonged usage of the mask and will not face breathing issues.

Do I get any skin abrasions or infection due to prolonged usage?
Fairy masks are made of either 3 layers in case of Elegant Regular or 4 layers in case of Premium. In all variants of Fairy mask, the innermost layer of fabric that comes in contact with skin is a very soft, feather feel surface finish, moisture absorbent, skin compatible fabric. Additionally the fabric is treated with anti-virus which not only keeps it free of infection but also odour free.
Can I return the Mask and get Refund ?
NO unfortunately as this is Hygiene product, there is no provision for Return or Exchange of Mask once delivered
Can I return the Mask if the Size is not fitting me correctly ?
The Mask once delivered,cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. For selection of the correct size that fits your face may be done using Size selection guide provided on the website.Additionally our site provides you with best fit recommendation under ‘Try on You’ feature.
